New Customers

To initiate the order process, download the initial order package.

The initial order package includes the Order form and the License Guide. Instructions for the initial order are included in the License Guide.

Accounts

Your company or organization may have multiple accounts; however, your company or organization may have only one account per US state.

Each account must maintain a minimum account balance (annual transactions not including taxes) of $1,000.00.

Where your company or organization has multiple accounts, the $1,000.00 minimum account balance requirements are not cumulative for those multiple accounts.

Currency

DoveTailTools accepts United States Dollars (USD) only, payable by Visa and Mastercard only.

Licenses

Licenses are available by annual subscription only.

Subsequent to the initial license purchase, adjustments to the number of licenses are quarterly, except that adjustments are biannual where your company or organization is located in a Biannual Transaction State.

The Biannual Transaction States are Alaska, Arkansas, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Licenses are not available for companies and organizations located in countries in which the United States government forbids U.S. businesses to conduct business.

Licenses cannot be transferred between computers.

Bundles

Two bundles are available — HVAC and Plumbing. Each bundle amounts to a two‑month discount for the licenses included in the bundle.

The HVAC bundle includes two licenses — Equiduct and Ventimental.

The Plumbing bundle includes four licenses — Drainstorm, H_IIO, Naturally Gassed, and Positively Gassed.

The individual licenses of each bundle must be installed on the same computer.

Individual licenses can be upgraded to bundles when licenses are adjusted. A credit is applied, as applicable, when licenses are upgraded to bundles.

Volume Discounts

There are two tiers of volume discount, both based on the total number of licenses — 50 to 99 licenses total and 100 or more licenses total. Each tier amounts to a one‑month discount for the licenses.

Volume discounts apply to each account (location). Where your company or organization has multiple accounts, the number of licenses is not cumulative for the purposes of the volume discount.

Each license in a bundle counts as one license toward the volume discount.

Refunds & Returns

There are no refunds or returns for licenses and bundles, for any reason.
